How long does shipping take?
We offer reliable worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

Please note: Processing time is 2-5 business days before shipping. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs clearance.
Do you offer tracking?
Tracking availability depends on your selected shipping method. Most standard and express shipments include full tracking, which will be sent to your email once your order ships.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method (standard or express).
Why is there a processing time?
Processing time (2-5 business days) covers quality checking, packaging, and preparing your order for shipment from our fulfillment center.

What is the EU Legal Guarantee (2-Year Warranty)?
Under EU consumer law, all products sold by Nexora come with a minimum 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers any defects that existed at the time of purchase, including manufacturing defects or faults that develop during normal use.
What does the 2-year guarantee cover?
The legal guarantee covers:
- Products that are defective or faulty upon delivery
- Products that do not match the description provided
- Products that are not fit for their normal purpose
- Defects that appear within 2 years of delivery (if they existed at time of purchase)
What are the exceptions to the 2-year guarantee?
The legal guarantee does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage from failure to follow product instructions
- Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized persons
- Consumable items or products with a shorter lifespan by nature
How do I make a warranty claim?
If you believe your product is defective within the 2-year guarantee period, please contact us with: your order number, description of the defect, photos or video of the issue, and date of purchase and delivery. We will assess your claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under EU law.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage or defect. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Is the 2-year guarantee different from manufacturer warranties?
Yes. The 2-year EU legal guarantee is your statutory right as a consumer and is separate from any voluntary manufacturer warranties. Some manufacturers may offer additional warranty coverage beyond the 2-year legal minimum.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) receives the goods.
How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us through our contact page with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form provided in our Terms of Service, but it is not obligatory.
What items cannot be returned under the 14-day withdrawal right?
For hygiene and health protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned if unsealed or used:
- Personal care items that have been opened or unsealed
- Items in direct contact with skin (if packaging has been opened)
- Any product that has been used or is not in its original, sealed condition
Note: The 14-day withdrawal right is separate from the 2-year legal guarantee. Defective products can be claimed under the guarantee even if the withdrawal period has passed.
Who pays for return shipping?
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods under the 14-day withdrawal right. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. For warranty claims on defective products, please contact us to discuss return arrangements.
When will I receive my refund?
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
What condition must returned items be in?
You must return goods in their original condition and packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods through Shopify Payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify's payment system. We never store your payment information.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order. Once an order is processed and shipped, you may exercise your right of withdrawal as described above.
